Strategic Preparedness Committee – Q3 Update

The SPC continues to build momentum as we head toward the Nationwide Informational Picket on November 18. After five years without an amended contract, Allegiant pilots have made it clear: we have no confidence in management. Reckless financial decisions, broken promises, and delay tactics have only strengthened our resolve. We are standing together to demand real leadership, accountability, and a stable future.

This is our contract. This is our career. This is our time. Buckle up, Allegiant.

In the lead-up to the picket, SPC hosted successful base events at DSM (October 29) and PGD (November 4), with strong turnout and support from the Negotiating Committee. These events continue to demonstrate the unity and strength of our pilot group.

Our next round of SPC base visits will resume in early December, following the picket. Until then, our full focus is on making November 18 a powerful success. Every pilot’s participation sends a clear message: we are united and committed to securing the fair contract we deserve.
