Retention Bonus Questions

Allegiant Pilots,

Over the last six months, I have received numerous inquiries regarding the so-called “retention bonus.” Also, I have received numerous reports of management telling pilots personally or in a ground school setting that they “…would pay the bonus, but the union won’t let us.”

I wrote Greg Anderson initially on September 23 regarding this issue and then again yesterday following his response. I am publishing the letters to give some clarity.
