What is the timeline for the current election?

November 7, 2025 – Ballots mailed to all eligible members.
November 14, 2025 – If you haven’t received your ballot, contact Merriman River Group at 877-324-7655 or http://www.mrgballot.com.
December 10, 2025 – Last day to request a duplicate ballot.
December 17, 2025 – Officer election ballot count takes place.

When will the newly elected people take their positions?

The terms of office for these officers will be effective January 1, 2026, and will commence as of the effective date Local 2118 is released from Trusteeship.

Final day to vote?

The election will be conducted by mail ballot. All ballots must be received at the designated Post Office Box by 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025.

How do I request a replacement ballot?

Members who have not received a ballot by November 14, 2025, should contact Election Administrator, Merriman River Group, by calling 877-324-7655, or online at http://www.mrgballot.com. Duplicate ballots may be requested through December 10, 2025.
