For purposes of your review of the Tentative Agreement, struck out text means those words are being deleted from the 2016 Agreement. Red, underlined text means those words are being added to the 2016 Agreement. The Tentative Agreement also includes new Letters of Agreement. They are referenced in the Table of Contents. The new Letters of Agreement are attached to the Tentative Agreement and appear in plain text.
