Negotiating Update (8/16/2024)

Dear Fellow Pilots,

Our mediation sessions began on Tuesday, August 13th in Columbus, Ohio. After productive discussions on Tuesday morning over Sections 14, 15, and 16, the parties continued to focus on these issues through the conclusion of our sessions on Thursday. Due to the potential for an agreement, your Negotiating Committee worked on the details of these Sections until 2230 and 2200 on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively, with mediated negotiations ending on Thursday.

To build on recent progress, additional virtual sessions are being scheduled for this upcoming week on the same Sections. Given our recent progress, additional mediation sessions are now being considered to increase the frequency of our meetings. A full committee update will be released on Monday.
