Notice of Rescheduled Hearing for Charges Against Former Officers

Allegiant Pilots,

This email is to update you on the disciplinary charges I filed against the former Executive Board of Local 2118.

In August I brought charges under the Teamsters Constitution against Andrew Robles, Ryan Fogelsanger, Joshua Rockwood, Kurt Hanson, Michael Cawley, and Kenneth Seiden, alleging that as officers of Local 2118 they engaged in financial misconduct and other violations of the Local’s bylaws and the Teamsters Constitution. A hearing for an impartial panel to consider the charges was originally scheduled for September, but it was postponed due to a medical emergency involving one of the charged parties.

This email advises you that the hearing has been rescheduled for October 29 and, if a second day is necessary, October 30, 2024. It will take place at the Hampton Inn Tropicana and Event Center, Conference Room Bora Bora, in Las Vegas, Nevada, located at 4975 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89118. The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. (PST).

All members of Local 2118 are permitted and encouraged to attend the hearing. Please let me know if you have any questions about this matter or would like additional information.
