Hotel Committee Update to Navan – March 17, 2026

Greetings from your Hotel Committee, Flight ops recently issued an email with the news about the Navan booking engine going live. Your Hotel Committee was part of the beta test on this and are extremely happy to see that it has now in use. The Navan system will help to improve the overnights of crews through its various processes. One of the best functions of Navan is the fact that it will have the credit card stored digitally on the app. Should you get to a hotel and the front desk is unable to find a credit card attached to the reservation (which will be less likely right off the bat), you will be able to pull up the virtual card in the app as well as to be able to immediately send it to the hotel if needed. Also, the Navan system will store all of your loyalty numbers associated with airlines, hotels and car rental agencies, and will automatically attach them to your booking. This will make it possible to use features such as “skip the line” for rental cars and digital keys at the first check-in for hotels. Please ensure you set up your profiles fully in the Navan app once you download it to utilize these features as well as to provide the required standard information for bookings.
