Fellow Pilots, With the continued rollout of Navan for crew bookings, we are beginning to see some issues cropping up. The company’s previous email stated that even though Navan allows for individuals to change a booked hotel or flight, this feature is not allowed for crews, including changing a DH for a crew service approved deviation. The only way for a DH or hotel to be changed is if Crew Services or Crew Travel initiates it. The company has begun issuing Section 18 meetings over these unapproved changes and has expressed to the committee that this will not be tolerated.
